Benefit recital for Japan

April 2011


Angharad and Icelandic Mezzo-Soprano Halla Marinósdóttir gave a joint recital in Vienna in honour of the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. They presented a varied programme of songs, arias and duets and included favourites like the "Flower Duet" from Lakmé as well as more "off the beaten track" works by Bach, Handel, Mozart, Schubert, Sibelius, Barber et al. The pianist was Yu Chen.

 

"Messiah" at the Konzerthaus

June 2010


Angharad gave her Mozart-Saal-Début at the Wiener Konzerthaus on the 13th of June 2010 in a performance of Handel's "Messiah" with the Bachgemeinde Wien and the 1. Frauenkammerorchester von Österreich.

Recital "Von Shakespeare inspiriert"

London Opera Gala


February 2009

Angharad gave her London Debut in an Opera Gala concert at St. Mary-Le-Bow, singing exceprts from  Don Giovanni (Zerlina),Turandot (Liù) and Der Rosenkavalier (Sophie).
